Data Lineage

I build systems that track data from where it is created to where it is finally used. This full visibility is what large enterprises need for audits and compliance.

Patented Method, In Production

Implemented the timestamp-, sampling-, and record-based lineage tracing from US Patent 10,452,625 in the production MDM platform.

Data Marketplace

I turn raw database tables into clean, governed data products. Business users can then find and use the data they need on their own, without writing SQL or waiting on the tech team.

Deduplication

Finding the one correct "golden record" among many duplicates. I work on entity-resolution logic that cleans and merges millions of records into a single trusted version.

I have spent my whole career at Global IDs, growing from trainee to senior team leader. In that time I have delivered projects for clients across many industries, and taken on bigger teams and systems.

2012
Trainee Software Developer

Joined the MDM platform team as a trainee; learned the data-lineage domain and enterprise codebase from the ground up.
2013
Software Engineer

Built core backend features and owned the deduplication and entity-resolution work. Became the go-to person for hard data-quality problems.
2017
Team Leader

Started leading a team. Drove the Vue.js UI revamp and the design system behind it, and mentored the engineers.
2020 — Present
Senior Team Leader

Lead the team and own the data-lineage design. Also started our AI and MCP work, which connects LLMs to enterprise data.

Enterprise data is never fully open. I am comfortable building and debugging inside tightly controlled setups where security and compliance rules are strict.

Frontend Revamp & Leadership

VUE.JS

Problem: A legacy enterprise MDM interface (200+ screens) was slow, inconsistent, and hard to extend, driving high support load.
Approach: Led a team of 5 to migrate to a modular Vue.js architecture and a reusable design system, incrementally and without downtime.
Result: Cut initial page load from ~10s to ~1s over 2 quarters; became the template for all new UI work.

Enterprise AI & MCP Integration

PYTHON / AI

Problem: Business users couldn't find the right data across hundreds of databases and thousands of tables without deep technical knowledge.
Approach: Built MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and agentic workflows in Python, using frontier LLMs like GPT-4.5, Claude (Opus/Sonnet) and Gemini 2.5 Pro, all working within existing access controls.
Result: Enabled natural-language search across metadata for hundreds of databases, thousands of tables, and millions of columns, cutting time-to-insight from days to minutes for non-technical teams.
